Memorial Day is Here

To all the Wolf Clan That did not get my Email.

This week end is Memorial Day Weekend.

In Flanders Field

by Col. John McCrae

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

Some members of the Wolf Family will be gathering on Memorial Day weekend at the home of Terry Wolf in Bellville, Ohio. It is a time to remember our family and to thank those who died giving us our country.

For the Wolfs who are interested in reading a brief Memorial article about Warren and Laura Wolf, click here.
If you are interested in contacting me, the article contains my email address.
